The founder and president of ATAC, Billy Knight, has served front-line evangelism since 1975. Air Transport Arm of Christ, Inc. was organized in July 1982 as a non-profit corporation. We have a volunteer board of directors. They are professionals in their fields and have been called by the Holy Spirit to occupy these positions.
